乳腺癌中突变型p53与COX-2蛋白的相关性研究

目的:探讨突变型p53和环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COC-2)蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达的相关性及其对预后的影响.方法:采用S-P免疫组织化学技术检测60例乳腺癌组织中突变型p53和COX-2蛋白的表达.结果:60例乳腺癌组织中p53蛋白阳性32例(53.3%),COX-2蛋白阳性47例(78.3%);p53蛋白的表达与组织学分级显著相关(P<0.05),COX-2蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小显著相关(P<0.05);p53蛋白阳性组COX-2蛋白阳性表达率高于p53蛋白阴性组(P<0.05).结论:突变型p53和COX-2蛋白的表达有关,COX-2可作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的潜在指标.

Correlation of mutant p53 and COX-2 protein in breast carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the association of mutant p53 and COX-2 protein in breast carcinomas and its influence on prognosis.Methods:The expressions of mutant p53 and COX-2 protein were detected in breast carcinomas(60 cases) by immunoshistochemisty(SP method).Results:The positive rates of mutated p53 and COX-2 protein were 53.3%(32 cases) and 78.3%(47 cases) in breast carcinomas respectively.The expression of p53 was related to histopathological grading(P<0.05).The expression of COX-2 was related to lymphatic metastasis and tumor size(P<0.05).The COX-2 expression in group of mutant p53 as positive was higher than that in mutant p53 as negative.Conclusion:Mutant p53 protein can improve the expression of COX-2,which may serve as a potential marker of prognosis in breast carcinomas.
