前列腺术后膀胱出口梗阻的临床分析

为研究前列腺摘除术后膀胱出口梗阻的原因，预防措施及处理方法，对前列腺素摘除术后膀胱出口梗阻１８例（其中行耻骨上前列腺摘除术后１４例，经尿道前列腺摘除术后４例）进行临床分析，梗阻原因在膀胱预后唇抬高６例，膀胱前唇缩窄４例，膀胱颈环行缩窄６例，膀胱颈，后尿道闭锁２例，所有患者均施行了经尿道电切术或开放性手术治疗，结果均完全治愈，认为前列腺摘除术后膀胱出口梗阻与前列腺增生合并膀胱颈挛缩未同时处理，手术时

Clinical analyses of bladder outlet obstruction after prostatectomy

To study the causes of bladder outlet obstruction after prostatectomy, 18 cases withobstructive symptoms after suprapublic prostatectomy in 14 and TURP in 4 patients were studiedretrospectively. It was found that the posterior bladder neck elevated in 6,vesicle neck contracted in10,and vesicle neck or posterior urethral occluded in 2 cases. All patients had been cured by TURor open surgery. We believed that bladder neck obstruction after prostatectomy was due to improper management of bladder neck and injury to the prostate capsule. It should be treated differentlyaccording to its causes.
