摘    要:用甲酸消化法制取正常股动脉弹性纤维标本,冷冻干燥后进行扫描电镜观察。见到内弹性膜上有许多散分布的窗孔,中膜的弹性经组织呈复杂的网状,外膜的弹性组织以粗大的纵向分层排列的弹性纤维为主。

Abstract:Formic acid digestion was used to extract and isolate the elastic tissues of the femoral arteries in healthy dogs. The digested segments were freeze-dried and coated with gold for scanning electron microscopic observation. The findings were as follows : The fenestrae were scattered in the internal elastic lamina. The tunica media contained a complex network of the elastic fibers. The tunica adventitia contained the large, longitudinally layered elastic fibers. The elastic tissues of the three regions were connected with elastic fibers, forming a complete tridimensional architecture of the elastic network in the canine femoral artery.
