| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声双重造影对进展期胃癌术前Borrmann分型的价值.方法 对69例进展期胃癌患者,术前行口服胃窗造影剂及静脉注射造影剂双重造影检查,将其结果与手术病理对照分析.结果 口服胃窗超声造影对胃癌术前Borrmann分型的准确率为78.3%,超声双重造影对胃癌Borrmann分型准确率达91.3%,两者Borrmann分型准确率差异有统计学意义(X2=4.087,P＜0.05).此外,两者进行一致性检验,Kappa值分别为0.73、0.90.结论 超声双重造影对进展期胃癌术前Borrmann分型有较高的准确性. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCUS)in Borrmann classification of advanced gastric carcinoma preoperatively. Methods A total of 69 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were examined by ultrasound after taking oral contrast agent and bolus injection of SonoVue preoperatively.A comparison with final pathologic results was made after surgery. Results The accuracy of oral contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and DCUS in Borrmann classification of advanced gastric cancer were 78.3%and 91.3%,respectively.There was a significant difference between two methods(X2=4.087,P＜0.05).In addition,Kappa value of two methods were 0.73 and 0.90,respectively.Conclusions DCUS is a new valuable method for Borrmann classification with its high accuracy preoperatively. |
