| Abstract: | Right carotid occlusion and left carotid stenosis were determined in a patient who had undergone a cerebrovascular accident. We performed a carotid endarterectomy for the high-risk patient who developed middle cerebral artery occlusion during stenting and a restenosis owing to stent migration. |
