| 摘 要： | 采用细胞培养方法,对比研究正常和Graves病(GD)甲状腺细胞检测甲状腺刺激抗体(TSAb)的敏感性、特异性及重复性.结果显示:(1)正常和GD甲状腺细胞检测的TSAb活性具有显著相关性.(2)GD病人血清TSAb活性与甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)和甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)无明显相关关系.(3)正常甲状腺检测GD组及桥本氏病(HT)组的阳性率分别为0.926和0.182,而GD甲状腺测定的阳性率为0.889和0.182.提示正常和GD甲状腺检测TSAb均具有特异性强、敏感性高和重复性好的特点,GD细胞测定TSAb有更高的实用价值.

| Abstract: | We used cultured human normal thyroid cells as well as hyperfunctioning thyroid cells in the assay of thyroid stimulating antibody (TSAb). TSAb was detected in 25 of 27 patients with untreated Grave's disease (GD),2 of 11 patients with Hashimoto's thy-roiditis (HT). Cases with thyroid adenoma or controls were negative. TSAb activities mea-sured in both assays were highly correlative (r = 0. 936, P< 0. 001). No correlation was demonstrated between TSAb activities and the levels of TGAb and TPOAb, The coefficients of interassay variation were 8. 7%-14. 6% and 9. 2%-15. 7% in normal and hyperfunction-ing thyroid cell assays. The results of this study showed that both assays were specific,sensi-tive and reproducible,suggesting that the determination of TSAb using hyperfunctioning thy-roid cells are practical and suitable clinically. |
