急性肾炎患儿血浆PAF,尿lyso—PAF测定的临床意义

用血小板自动平衡聚集仪建立血小板活化因子的生物活性检测法。测定了２０例急性肾炎（ＡＧＮ）患儿血浆ＰＡＦ和尿ｌｙｓｏ－ＰＡＦ的水平，同时测定血Ｃ３的含量。结果表明，ＡＧＮ急性期血浆ＰＡＦ及尿ｌｙｓｏ－ＰＡＦ显著高于对照组；ＡＧＮ恢复期血浆ＰＡＦ及尿ｌｙｓｏ－ＰＡＦ显著高于对照组：ＡＧＮ恢复期血浆ＰＡＦ及尿ｌｙｓｏ－ＰＡＦ均降至正常；血Ｃ３与血浆ＰＡＦ、尿ｌｙｓｏ－ＰＡＦ均呈明显的负相关。提示ＡＧＮ急

Changes of the Plasma PAF Level and the Urine Lyso-PAF Level in Children with Acute Glomerular Nephritis and their Clinical Significance

Using the platelet aggregation machine a bioactivity assay was established to measure the plasma PAF and urine lyso-PAF in 20 children with acute glomerular nephri-tis (AGN). Meanwhile,the serum level of C3 was also measured. The results indicated : (1) the level of both plasma PAF and urine lyso-PAF in acute stage of AGN was higher than that of the control group; (2)the level of plasma PAF and urine lyso-PAF in recovery stage of AGN returned to normal level ;(3)the level of serum C3 was negatively related to the level of plasma PAF and urine lyso-PAF. These nesuets suggested that the increase of plasma PAF and urine lyso-PAF was related to both complement deposation and glomerular immune defi-ciency. PAF might play an important role in the pathogenesis of AGN.
