乌鲁木齐市1006例慢性荨麻疹患者过敏原检测结果分析

目的：了解乌鲁木齐市慢性荨麻疹患者过敏原情况，为该病的预防和治疗提供依据。方法采用免疫印迹法，对1006例慢性荨麻疹患者进行吸入性和食入性过敏原特异性Ig E抗体检测。结果1006例慢性荨麻疹患者过敏原阳性检出率为58．65％（590例）。吸入组中以艾蒿（14．31％）阳性率最高，食入组中以海鱼组合（18．89％）阳性率最高。男患者过敏原检测食入组阳性率明显高于女患者（P＜0．05）。汉族患者过敏原检测阳性率、吸入组及食入组阳性率显著高于维吾尔族患者（P＜0．01）。吸入性过敏原中，汉族与维吾尔族患者均以艾蒿最高，食入性过敏原中，均以海鱼组合最高。结论乌鲁木齐市慢性荨麻疹患者过敏原以艾蒿、海鱼组合多见，男女患者间有差异，汉族、维吾尔族患者间阳性率虽有差异但主要过敏原相同，找出致病因素对临床治疗慢性荨麻疹有较好的指导意义。

Allergen detection result analysis of 1 006 patients with chronic urticaria in Urumqi

Objective To investigate Urumqi patients with chronic urticaria ,in order to provide evidence for prevention and treatment .Methods Immunoblotting method were used to test 1 006 patients with chronic urticaria in allergen-specific IgE anti-bodies .Results The testing results of 1 006 cases showed that chronic urticaria patients with positive detection rate reached 58 . 65% (590 positive cases) .Mugwort was the highest allergen in inhalation group(14 .31% ) and fish combination was the highest al-lergen in ingestion allergens (18 .89% ) .The positive rate of ingestion allergen test in male patients was significantly higher than those in female patients(P<0 .05) .The positive rate of inhalation ,ingestion allergens and total allergens ratio in the Han nationali-ty patients was significantly higher than that in the Uygur patients (P<0 .01) .Mugwort was the highest allergens in inhalation group allergens in Han and Uygur patients and the fish combination was the highest allergens in ingestion group .Conclusion The common chronic urticaria allergen in Urumqi was mugwort and fish combination ,there were differences between male and female patients ,although there were different positive rates between the Han and Uygur patients ,the major allergen were same .So identif-ying the causative factors is of instructive significance for clinical treatment of chronic urticaria .
