上海市西北地区健康居民体检血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的分布

目的：通过对上海市西北地区居民健康体检人群血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C ）水平分析，了解血清 HDL-C在健康体检人群中的分布特点。方法收集上海市同济医院体检中心自2011年1月至2016年7月间10715例健康体检者HDL-C检测结果，其中男性5713例，女性5002例。用匀相法检测血清HDL-C水平，依据年龄划分6组，数据采用SPSS11．5统计软件包进行统计分析。结果整体人群中血清 HDL-C平均数为（1．28±0．32）mmol／L ，低于1．30 mmol／L的全国平均水平。血清HDL-C水平男女性别差异较大，女性血清 HDL-C中位数（1．39 mmol／L ）水平远高于男性（1．11 mmol／L ）（χ2＝2027．19，P＜0．01）。男性血清HDL-C水平随年龄增长有增高的趋势，其中位数水平由1．1 mmol／L升高至1．18 mmol／L ，女性血清 HDL-C水平随年龄增长有降低的趋势，其中位数水平由1．45 mmol／L降低至1．33 mmol／L。依据2007年中国血脂异常防治指南，以血清HDL-C＜1．04 mmol／L为减低作为参考指标，健康体检人群中23．72％（2542／10715）的个体低于此标准，其中男性人群的检出率为36．43％（2081／5713），女性人群检出率为9．22％（461／5002）。结论上海市西北地区血清 HDL-C水平低于全国平均水平，男性血清HDL-C水平随年龄增长呈升高趋势，女性血清HDL-C水平随年龄增长有降低趋势，且男性人群低于1．04mmol／L的检出率远高于女性人群低于1．04mmol／L的检出率。

The characteristics of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the northwest of Shanghai City

Objective To understand the characteristics of High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) distribution through analyzing serum HDL-C levels in healthy checkup subjects among local urbanese .Methods 10715cases were collected from January 2011 to July 2016 in Shanghai Tongji Hospital(male:n=5713 ,female:n=5 002) .The serum levels of HDL-C were detected by the homogeneous phase method ,and the 6 groups were divided according to the age .Results were analyzed statistically with SPSS11 .5 . Results The results showed that the average level(1 .28 ± 0 .32)mmol/L of HDL-C among the overall population is lower than that of national average level(1 .30mmol/L) .The median serum HDL-C level in female is higher than in male(1 .39 and 1 .11 ,χ2 =2027 . 19 ,P<0 .01) .HDL-C levels in male continuously increase from 1 .1 mmol/L to 1 .18 mmol/L with aging ,HDL-C levels in female decrease from 1 .45 mmol/L to 1 .33 mmol/L with aging .Based on 2007 guidance on prevention and treatment by national health bureau .This study showed that there are 23 .72% of the apparent healthy subjects .especially about 36 .43% of the male .Conclusion These results showed that serum HDL-C level in the northwest of Shanghai City is lower than that of national average level . HDL-C level in male is tended to increase with aging and HDL-C level in female is tended to decrease with aging .The abnormal de-tection rate of the male population is much higher than that of the female .
