2015年上海市长征镇老年人血脂报告分析

目的：调查上海市普陀区长征镇社区60岁以上老年人的高脂血症的情况。方法2015年5～6月对社区内的60岁以上老年人进行健康体检，收集数据共7679例，对60岁以上老年人的高脂血症的情况进行分析。结果男性总胆固醇（T C ）均值为（4．78±0．87）mmol／L ，女性为（5．34±0．91）mmol／L ；男性三酰甘油（TG）均值为（1．38±0．85） mmol／L ，女性为（1．46±0．88） mmol／L ；男性低密度脂蛋白（LDL）均值为（3．15±0．72） mmol／L ，女性为（3．40±0．78） mmol／L。结论老年女性的 TC、T G、LDL平均值，均高于同年龄的男性，60～69岁的老年男女高脂血症的发病率在60～89岁中最高，应成为控制高脂血症的重点防治对象。

Analysis of Blood Lipid Level in Changzheng community in old ager in 2015

Objective To study the distribution of blood lipid level in Changzheng community in old ager .Methods Blood lipid level of 7679 at old age were obtained and analysised in Changzheng community during May-June in 2015 .Results The average of total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoproten(LDL) in male was (4 .78 ± 0 .87)mmol/L ,(1 .38 ± 0 .85)mmol/L ,(3 .15 ± 0 .72)mmol/L ,that in female was (5 .34 ± 0 .91)mmol/L ,(1 .46 ± 0 .88)mmol/L ,(3 .40 ± 0 .78)mmol/L ,respectively . Conclusion The average level of TC、TG、LDL in old female were all higher than that in old male ,respectively .The peak of the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia in old people ,was during age 60-69 .And the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia decreased along with the age .We should put the emphysis on 60-69 in old ager ,to prevent and control the dyslipidemia .
