| 摘 要： | 目的进一步探讨腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、治疗方法及预防措施。方法回顾性分析26例经腹部手术后早期表现炎性肠梗阻的临床治疗。结果26例术后早期炎性肠梗阻经胃肠减压、抗感染、营养支持及激素等综合治疗后,有24例治愈,2例手术。平均治愈时间为11.5d。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后2周内,临床上有典型的肠梗阻症状和体征,多为小肠炎性水肿粘连所致,保守治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the characteristics,treatment method and prevention of inflammatory intestinal obstruction in early stage after abdominal operation. Methods The clinical materials of 26 cases of such patient were analyzed in clinic and treatment. Results There were 24 cases recovered after decompression,anti-infection,nutritional support and hormone treatments. 2 cases were performed operation. The average time was 11.5 d. Conclusion This disease was common within 2 weeks and there were typical symptom and signs. The conservative therapy might be better for this. |
