136例正畸治疗中牙根吸收的临床体会

目的分析正畸患者的年龄、性别的不同对治疗中牙根吸收的影响。方法通过调查136例正畸患者不同年龄和性别组治疗前后上下颌前牙的牙根长度变化进行对比。结果不同年龄组上颌前牙正畸治疗前后牙根吸收差别无统计学意义,而下颌前牙治疗前后牙根吸收差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同性别组上、下颌前牙治疗前后牙根吸收差别无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论正畸治疗中年龄是影响牙根吸收的一个相对重要的因素,而性别对患者牙根吸收无明显影响。

The clinical experience of 136 cases of root resorption during orthodontic treatment

Objective To analysis the influence of age and gender on the root resorption during orthodontic treatment.Methods By investigating 136 cases of orthodontic patients of different age and sex groups before and after treatment on the mandibular anterior teeth to compare changes in root length. Resluts There＇s no Significant statistical difference on the variations of root resorption before and after treatments for the maxillary anterior teeth between the two groups,while there＇s significant statistical difference on the same value for the mandibular anterior teeth between these groups（P〈0.05）. There＇s no significant statistical difference on the variations of root resorption before and after treatments between different gender groups for both maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth（P〉0.05）.Conclusion During orthodontic treatment age is a relatively important factor,while the gender of the patients with no significant effect on root resorption.
