| 摘 要： | 为达到修复肢体远端组织缺损时不损伤其主干动脉的目的，设计以浅静脉干远端为蒂的顺行岛状静脉皮瓣。临床应用６例，结果５例成活，１例坏死。结论认为静脉岛状皮瓣成活过程比较复杂，严格选择适应证，采用促活措施是此类皮瓣成活的关键。

| Abstract: | In order not to damage an arterial trunk while repairing the defects on the distal part of the limb,the antegrade flow (distally based) venous island flap was designed with a superficial vein.This flap has been used in six cases,five of which succeeded and one failed.The application of the flap in the few cases showed that the survival process of the retrograde flow venous island flap is more complicated.The key to success of such flap depends on indication selection and use of measures facilitating flap survival. |
