马来酸桂哌齐特联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的：观察马来酸桂哌齐特联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：104例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组52例，对照组采用常规治疗方法加用红花黄色素100mg，连用14d；治疗组除上述药物外，加用马来酸桂哌齐特240mg，连用14d；两组患者治疗前和治疗后3、7及14d时均进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分及临床疗效评定。结果：两组治疗后3d治疗组评分开始减少，第7天及14天临床疗效及神经功能缺损评分均有明显改善，但治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：应用马来酸桂哌齐特联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死有很好的疗效，马来酸桂哌齐特是一种治疗急性缺血性脑卒中有效的神经保护剂。

Clinical Efficacy of Cinepazide Maleate Combined with Carthamus Yellow in Treatment of Acute Cerebrai Infarction

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of cinepazide maleate combined with Carthamus yellow for acute cerebral infarction. Method： One hundred and four patients with acute cerebral infareion（ACI） were randomly divided into two groups, the therapy group given einepazide maleate and Carthamus yellow（ n = 52 ）and control group given only Carthamus yellow （n = 52 ）. The routine treatment and Carthamus yellow which was infused at a dose of 100mg once a day for 14 days were used in the control group. Cinepazide maleate was infused at a dose of 240mg,once a day,for 14 days in the therapy group. The clinical outcome from all patients was evaluated before and 3 ,7,14days after treatment. Result： Both groups demonstrated significant improvement of the outcome of neurological deficits score and the clinical efficacy, the neurologicaldeficits score, however was significantly lower in the therapy group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The cinepazide combine with Carthamus yellow is more effective than that only Carthamus yellow in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Cinepazide maleate is an effective neuroprotective agent in treating ACI.
