摘    要:目的:用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)准确地定量检测孕妇血清中人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)的数量及其在与临床上的意义。方法:用FQ-PCR和ELISA方法同时检测300例孕妇及59例新生儿血清标本。结果:胎儿宫内感染的发生与孕妇血清中HCMVDNA数量有关,发生宫内胎儿感染的孕妇,其HCMVDNA拷贝数达10^6copies/ml以上,结论:孕妇血清中HCMVDNA含量升高是胎儿发生HCMV感染的重要因素之一,FQ-PCR可以准确定量检测HCMV的真实感染和制情况。对于临床诊断与治疗有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:To study the relationship of Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)in serum and syndrome of patients by FQ-PCR method.Method:FQ-PCR and ELISA were used to screen for serum in 300 pregnant women and 59 fetuses simulataneously.Results:The prevalence of intrauterine HCMV infection of fetuses was associated with the HCMV DNA level of the pregnant women,with 10 6copies/ml of HCMV DNA on average.Conclusion:Fetal exposure to high level of maternal HCMV DNA is one of the important determinant of intrauterine infection.Real-time detection ensures accurate quantity,so FQ-PCR can be used to monitor the true state of HCMV infection and amplification.
