78例膝关节损伤的磁共振成像诊断及其临床价值

目的:研究膝关节损伤的MRI表现、病理基础,并评价其临床意义。方法:对经手术或关节镜证实的膝关节损伤78例的MRI征象作回顾性分析。结果:膝关节损伤78例中,关节韧带损伤48例,MRI表现为黑色条索状韧带影中出现异常信号,呈不规则斑片状、波浪状、团块状、韧带局灶或弥漫肿胀;半月板损伤69例,MRI表现为半月板内点、片、线状高信号,骨折6例,关节软骨损伤42例,关节积液49例,膝关节周围软组织肿胀59例。结论:MRI能够准确反映膝关节损伤多种病理变化,对膝关节损伤的诊断、治疗及预后有重要指导意义。

Diagnosis and clinicalvalue of MRI evaluation on knee injuries of 78 cases

Objective: To explore the MRI findings and its pathological accordance and clinical significance of knee injury.Methods:78 cases MRI with knee injury were retrospectively analyzed which had been conformed by surgery or arthroscopy.Results:Of 78 cases,48 cases of ligament injury showed abnormal signals in the black shadow of lngment,showed hypointense signals as spots or waves or gobbet,swelling limitly or penetratly.69 cases of menisci injury showed high signals as spots or slices or string in menisci 6 cases of fracture.42 cases with injury of cartilage.49 cases showed liquid accumulated in knee.59 cases showed swelling of soft tissue.Conclusion:MRI can show all kinds of pathological variations of injury with knee correctly,it plays an importment role in the diagnosis so the injury of knee.
