| 摘 要： | 目的：比较相同条件下的整铸法与分段铸造炉内后焊法制作四单位前牙非贵金融烤瓷桥的适合性差别。方法：将８件修复体蜡型随机分为２组,经整铸与焊接不同处理,分别在扫描电镜下,观测其边缘浮出量,作统计分析。结果：整铸组,焊接组及单冠对照组３组比较与两两比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。对照组单冠适合性最好,焊接组优于整铸组,且在临床适用范围内。结论：跨度较大的多单位烤瓷桥,可采用炉内焊接法以达到较好的适合
