| 摘 要： | 目的分析不典型肺结核CT表现,以提高对本病的诊断能力。方法回顾分析76例不典型肺结核CT片上的发病部位及影像表现,所有病例均得到证实。结果不典型肺结核CT表现有毛玻璃样病变20例,肺内孤立结节21例,叶、段实变或不张19例、成人原发肺结核16例。结论不典型肺结核CT表现多样,与肺炎和肺癌鉴别诊断较困难。

| Abstract: | Objective Analyzing atypical CT manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis to improve the diagnostic ability to atypical tuberculosis Methods All the disease site and performance of 76 cases of atypical tuberculosis on CT image were retrospective analyzed,and all cases were confirmed by pathology.Resulrs There were 20 cases showing ground-glass-like lesions,21 cases showing solitary pulmonary nodules,19 cases showing pulmonary lobes or segment consolidation or atelectasis and 16 cases showing Adult primary pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion There is a variety of atypical CT manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis,and it is very difficult to identify atypical tuberculosis with pneumonia ana lung cancer. |
