大隐静脉修复鞘管防止肌腱粘连的实验研究

摘    要:以32只鸡的双足为模型,做成相同的屈趾肌腱和腱鞘损伤。一侧鞘管用大隐静脉修复为实验趾,一侧直接缝合切口为对照。随机分组,分别在术后1、2、4、6和12周进行屈趾功能,大体解剖及光镜观察。结果证明:(1)实验趾的屈曲功能明显优于对照趾。(2)大体解剖见大隐静脉修复的鞘管近似正常的解剖结构,能防止肌腱粘连,不影响肌腱愈合。对照趾肌腱与周围组织粘连重,影响肌腱滑动。(3)光镜下见移植的静脉外壁与周围组织愈合好,内壁光滑与肌腱无粘连。对照趾肌腱与周围组织粘连严重。

Abstract:Injury models of digital flexor tendons and their sheaths were produced to both feet of 32 cocks for this experimental study. The animals were randomly divided into two groups. The injured digital were repaired with segments of venae saphena magna as the experimental group, and were reunited with sewing directly as the control. The flexion function and anatomical features under optical microscope at 1, 2, 4, 6, 12 weeks were observed respectively. The results demonstrated the flexion function in experimental group was much better than control. and the anatomical structure was similar to the normal The transplanted sheaths were able to prevent the adhesion of the tendons without affecting the healing of the tendons. But those tendons in control were easily adhesive to the surronding tissues.
