勃起功能障碍基因治疗研究进展

摘    要:ED发病率较高,现有多种治疗手段存在诸多弊端,分子生物学技术的应用使ED基因治疗初显成效。本文综述了在腺病毒、腺相关病毒、逆转录病毒载体与非病毒载体等介导下,转导一氧化氮合酶基因、血管内皮细胞生长因子基因、反义核酸基因、maxi-k+基因、Ca2+通道相关调节基因、降钙素基因相关肽基因、SOD基因等治疗ED的研究进展。

Abstract:The incidence of erectile dysfunction was higher,but there were many disadvantages among the current treatment methods,such as side effects,complications and contraindications.Pimary success of genetic treatment on erectile dysfunction had been made by virtue of the development of molecular biology technique.This article rewiewed the progress in genertic treatment of erectile dysfunction.Recent study suggested that with the induction of vectors,such as adenovirus,adeno-associated virus,retrovirus and non-virus,genes' transduction throw light on the treatment of erectile dysfunction.These genes included the nitric oxide gene,vascular endothelial growth factor gene,antisense RNA gene,maxi-K~ gene,Ca~(2 ) channels associated mediator gene,calcitonin gene related peptide gene and superoxide dismutase gene.
