Abstract: | Abstract. We report the case of a 73-year-old man with an unrupturedanueurysm of the left middle cerebral artery. The initial signwas complex partial seizures. A standard scalpelectroencephalogram was normal while neuropsychological testsrevealed a slight deficit of episodic memory. Brain MRI showedan aneurysm at the left middle cerebral artery bifurcation.Cerebral angiography confirmed the presence of a saccularaneurysm at the left middle cerebral artery bifurcation, with amaximum diameter of 12 mm. This case had two main characteristicfeatures: seizures had a quite late onset and were the onlysymptom the patient experienced. |
