IgE抗体与过敏性疾病的关系及其检测

IgE抗体由浆细胞生成,是正常人血清中浓度最低的免疫球蛋白,其合成与遗传因素、抗原性质和辅助性T细胞、细胞因子等密切相关。过敏性疾病是指机体通过吸入、食入、注入或接触某种抗原物质或半抗原物质后引起各种各样的功能障碍或组织损伤的一类疾病。由IgE抗体所介导的Ⅰ型过敏反应,影响了全世界25%以上的人口,受到越来越广泛的关注。近年来,随着免疫学的发展,对IgE的产生、功能、与过敏性疾病的关系有了深刻的认识,IgE抗体的检测技术也有了很大的提高。

IgE about its Relationship with Anaphylactic Disease and Detection

IgE is secreted from plasmocyte,which is the immunoglobulin with lowest density in normal serum.Its synthesis has close relationship with genetic factors,antigenic feature,auxiliary T cell,cytolines and so on.Anaphylactic disease is a kind of disease with kinds of dysfunction or tissue injury resulting from some materials of antigen and semiantigen by inspiration,ingestion,injection or contact.TypeⅠanaphylactic disease mediated by IgE affects more than one fourth of the total population worldwide,and is attracting more and more attention.Recently,with the development of immunology,people have more recogonition of IgE about its production,function and relationship with anaphylactic disease.Besides that,detection technique of IgE also have developed a lot.
