低智儿童的外界环境因素的调查

40 例低智儿童经3年随访,采用国内标准化智力筛查和诊断方法,检出轻型者34例,重型者6例。经多学科、实验室检查及多因素分析,结果提示低智儿童病因与外界环境因素有一定关系,提出经特殊教育和改善环境可教育其成为自食其力的有用于社会的成员。

An Investigation of Factors of External Environment in Mental Retarded Children

40 cases of mental retardation(MR)children were followed up for 3 years.The intelligence testadorpted was the standard method for intelligence screening and diagnosis.MR was divided into twogroups,mild and severe.34 eases(85%)were mild.6 cases(15%)were severe.The ratio of mildand severe were 6.67:1.The result of this ratio was different from 1.67:1 to 6.67:1 indifferent reports.Our result was the same as the result abroad.By multifactor analysis,the factors ofexternal enviroment affected the growth and psychologic development.Twenty six cases MR childrenhave got the special education in Mental Training School.The two groups got the IQ improvement incertain degree for 3 years observation,but the difference was not significant.It was indicated that nomatter the MR children studied in which kind of school the effect was the same,just depend upon howmany efforts were made by the school and the family.The PPVT IQ,WISC(language,operation,total IQ)were analyzed at the same time.Among them the operation IQ had a good correlation withfactors of external environment.The WISE IQ result indicated that the language score was lower thanthe operation score.Thus we must pay more attention to language training to make the MR childrennot only serve themselves,but also contribute to the soeiaty dispite of the sequela.
