同期电切加电汽化治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱癌

目的探讨前列腺增生合并膀胱癌的治疗方法。方法对24例前列腺增生合并膀胱癌患者采用同期经尿道电切加电汽化术(TUEV)，并进行术后随访。结果排尿症状均有明显改善，24例中有7例同时患有较严重的心血管疾患和严重的肺功能障碍，在术中及术后未出现任何并发症。随访6-42个月，4例复发，未发现前列腺窝有肿瘤种植转移。结论同期TUEV治疗前列腺增生并发膀胱癌效果满意。可减轻患者痛苦。减少治疗经费，缩短住院时间。

Simultaneous transurethral electroresection combined with electrovaporization ablation for benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder cancer (report of 24 cases)

[Objective]To evaluate the simultaneous transurethral electroresection combined with electrovaporization (TUEV) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and bladder carcinoma. Simultaneous therapy for the bladder cancer and BPH was carried out in 24 patients using electroresection combined with transurethral eletrovaporization. The patients have been followed up for 6~42 months. No complication occurred during or after the operation, though 7 of the patients had had severe cardiovascular disease or impaired pulmonary function. There were 4 cases relapsed but no evidence was found of tumor implanting in the prostatic bed. [Conclusions] Simultaneous electroresection combined with transurethral eletrovaporization for BPH and bladder carcinoma is safe and effective. Furthermore, this reduces the expense and shorten the length of stay.
