MICA基因外显子2～4多态性与习惯性流产的关系

目的研究MICA基因外显子2～4多态性与习惯性流产(RSA)的关联。方法采用PCR-SSP方法分别对56例RSA患者和78例正常对照组的MICA基因外显子2～4的多态性进行分析。结果在RSA组中共检出8种等位基因,各等位基因及频率分别为:MICA*001(4.5%),MICA*00201/020(17.9%),MICA*004(8.0%),MICA*00801/02(30.4%),MICA*00901/02(9.8%),MICA*010(22.3%),MICA*01201/02(5.3%),MICA*018(1.8%)。其中MICA*00801/02为最常见等位基因,基因频率最高,占30.4%,MICA*018最低,频率为1.8%,在对照组中共检出9种等位基因,经统计分析,RSA组与正常对照组之间MICA基因外显子2～4各等位基因频率均无显著性差异。结论MICA基因外显子2～4多态性与RSA之间无相关性,但该基因外显子5多态性与RSA之间是否存在关联还有待于进一步研究。

Relevance between genetic polymorphism of MICA and recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To explore the relevance between polymorphism of MICA exon 2～4 and recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Methods The genotypes of MICA exon 2～4 in 56 RSA patients and 78 healthy controls were determined by PCR-SSP methods. Results 8 alleles of MICA had been detected in RSA groups. The frequencies of different alleles were following respectively: MICA*001(4.5% ), MICA* 00201/020 (17.9%), MICA*004(8.0%), MICA*00801/02(30.4%), MICA*00901/02(9.8%), MICA*010(22.3%), MICA*01201/02 (5.3%), MICA*018 (1.8%). MICA*00801/02 was the dominant MICA allele, and MICA*018 was the rarest. 9 alleles of MICA had been detected in normal control groups. Allelic frequencies of MICA exon 2～4 in RSA patients were not obviously different from those in control groups. Conclusion The polymorphism of MICA exon 2～4 was not relevent with RSA.
