| 摘 要： | 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)慢性感染对人类健康构成了巨大威胁,是全球公共卫生主要问题之一。应用HBV生物标志物检测,对于HBV的诊断、防治至关重要。我国人口流动性加大、疫苗防治与药物治疗增加、高效免疫球蛋白的大量应用等均可能导致HBV的突变与变异加剧,因此了解HBV生物标志物检测的最新进展就显得更为重要。本文将逐一介绍乙肝表面抗原、乙肝表面抗体、乙肝e抗原、乙肝e抗体和乙肝核心抗体、抗HBc-IgM、乙肝核心抗原、乙肝核心相关性抗原、前S1抗原、前S2抗原、前前S、HBV-DNA、共价闭合环状DNA,以供同道参考。

| Abstract: | Hepatitis B virus (HBV) chronic infection is one of the major global public health issues, because it is a biggest threat to human health. HBV diagnosis, prevention and treatment are very improtant for the world. In China, especially, the growing population movement, the increasing vaccines and drug treatment, and more and more high-immunoglobulin are causing, more and more mutations and variation of HBV. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to understand the latest developments of HBV biomarkers. This review describes these biomarkers of HBV, such as: HBsAg、 HBsAb、 HBeAg、 HBeAb、 HBeAb、 anti-HBc-IgM, HBcAg, HBcrAg, Pre-S 1, Pre-S2 ,Pre-Prc-S,covalently closed circular DNA(cccDNA). |
