重庆市新婚人群优生知识及需求调查分析

目的:了解重庆市市中心区域新婚人群对优生的知晓情况和需求,为探索婚前、孕前出生缺陷一级干预中宣传教育的服务方式和内容提供科学依据。方法:选择2007年6月～2008年1月在重庆市渝中区婚姻登记处登记结婚的234名新婚夫妇作为调查对象,设计新婚夫妇优生优育问卷调查表,采取匿名自填方式进行现状调查。结果:调查对象中228人(97.4)有生育的意愿,有67.0的新婚夫妇知道女性最佳生育年龄,85.0知道优生措施概念,60.3知道孕妇导致胎儿畸形的危险行为,仅有32.1的调查对象知道正确补充叶酸能有效减少胎儿发生神经管畸形,对孕妇不宜多吃的食物完全知晓的仅0.04,对优生知识了解程度差;希望得到优生优育知识和指导80.8,希望对方做孕前检查79.1,优生优育需求强烈。结论:采取有效优生优育知识传播途径,提高城市新婚人群优生优育知识水平和健康行为指导,利国利民。

Survey and Analysis on the Awareness and Requirements of Aristogenesis Knowledge among New Wedding Couples in Urban Center

Objective:To investigate the awareness and requirements of aristogenesis knowledge among new wedding couples in Chongqing urban center,and provide evidences for the exploration of the service ways and contents of birth defect interventions pre-marriage and progestation.Methods:234 new wedding couples were included in this study,who registered their marriages in Yuzhong District marriage registry of Chongqing from June,2007 to January,2008.Aristogenesis questionnaires for new wedding couples were designed and status survey was performed through anonymous form-filling.Results:Among all these couples,228(97.4%) had the child-bearing wishes,67.0% knew the best child-bearing age of women,85.0% understood the concepts of aristogenesis measures,and 60.3% had ideas about the dangerous behaviors leading to fetal malformation,however,only 32.1% knew that correct supplement of folic acid can effectively reduce the occurrence of fetal neural tube defects,and only 0.04% were fully witting about the food that pregnant women should not eat more.The awareness of aristogenesis knowledge was so weak.80.8% expected to get the instruction of aristogenesis knowledge,and 79.1% wished to receive the progestation test.The requirements of aristogenesis knowledge were so strong.Conclusion:Effective routes of aristogenesis knowledge transmission should be adopted to improve the knowledge level and health behavior instruction among new wedding couples in cities,which will benefit the nation and the people.
