| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫分析法测定了３０例健康人和３６例慢性肺心病患者治疗前后的血浆内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）水平，并与血气分析指标做相关分析，结果显示：肺心病组ＥＴ－１水平较对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），治疗后ＥＴ－１平显著下降（与治疗前比，Ｐ＜０．００１），但仍高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００２）。直线相关分析表明，血浆ＥＴ－１与ＰａＯ＿２和ｐＨ值呈显著负相关，与ＰａＣＯ＿２呈显著正相关。提示血浆ＥＴ－１可能参与肺心病的病理生理改变，抗ＥＴ－１作用的治疗，有可能成为肺心病治疗的一个新途径。

| Abstract: | he level of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1 ) was measured with radioimmunoassay in 36 patients withchronic pulmonale before and after treatment. The results showed that ET-1 level was significantly higherin corpulmonale patients(P< 0. 001 ) and decreased significantly after treatment(P<0. 001),but wasstill higher than that in controls(P<0.002).There was significant negative correlation between PaO_2,pH and ET-1 Ievel.A significant positive correlation was found between ET-1 level and PaCO_2. The re-sults suggest that ET-1 may play an important role in the pathophysiological process of chronic cor pul-monale and the drugs which can influence plasma ET-1 level may be used in the treatment of the disease. |
