| 摘 要： | 采用细胞染色体畸变、血清生化毒理以及病理组织学方法，观察了四甲基吡嗪的慢性毒性作用。每日平均经饮水投予每只大鼠２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重的四甲基吡嗪，连续６个月。结果发现实验组和对照组相比，血清球蛋白减少（Ｐ〈０．０５），血清肌酐，血糖增加（Ｐ〈０．０５），７－乙氧基香豆素羟化酶活力有增加趋势，值得重视。对四甲基吡嗪作为保健类药物的作用，作出了否定性结论。

| Abstract: | In this study,the chronic toxicity of tetramethylpyrazine was described by chromosome aberration assay,biochemical toxicology of serum,the cytochrome P 450 system of liver microsome and patho histology examination.Tetramethylpyrazine was administered in water to WKA rats at a dose of 20 mg/kg body weight perday.Comparing tetramethylpyrazine treated group with the untreated group,we found the decreased lever of serum globulin (P<0.05),the increased lever of creatinine and sugar in blood (P<0.05).It was noticed that the activity of enzyme catalyzing 7 ethoxycoumarin was increased when 7 ethoxycoumarin was used as substrate.It is possible for tetramethylpyrazine to be a potent carcinogen.In this report,the author suspected the effects of tetramethylpyrazine to be used as a healthy drug. |
