| 摘 要： | 卫生投入是决定卫生事业发展的先决条件，80年代以来，中国卫生投入在总量不断增加的同时，来源结构和地区间差异发生了明显的变化。其主要特点是：政府卫生投入占卫生总费用的比例减少，个人卫生支出所占比例不断增加，市场性筹资对医疗机构产生越来越大的作用，在深化卫生改革中，政府的作用应不断加强，以保证卫生服务提供和利用富有公平与效率。

| Abstract: | Health input is the preliminary requirement for the development of health profession . Since the 80s with the increaseof total health input in China there are marked changes in the source structure and district difference. The chief characteristics are:reduction of ratio of govemmental health input to the total health expenditure, continuous increase of the portion of health fee paid byindividuals and increasing effect of collection of fund from the market for health institutions. To deepen the health reformation , the roleof government should be strengthened to assure equality and efficiency for provision and utilization of health services. |
