| 摘 要： | 目的：了解某干休所军队离退休干部保健对象的医疗需求情况。方法：采用自行设计的医疗需求问卷对某干休所离退休干部200人进行了无记名调查,并对调查情况进行分析研究。结果：离退休干部的自我实现已成为第一需求,尊重需求占有非常重要的位置,辅助服务越来越受到重视,患者需求呈现多样化特征。在注重医疗技术和后续治疗的同时,也注重出院后的跟踪随访等人文关怀服务。结论：军队离退休干部的医疗需求状况值得关注,应加强对离退休干部的医疗保健工作。
