癌肿患者血清抗氧化维生素与脂质的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨抗氧化维生素E(VitE)、C(VitC)、脂质包括甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)在癌肿患者血清中的变化情况。方法:测定74例癌肿患者和27例健康对照血清VitC、VitE、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C和脂质过氧化终末产物丙二醛(MDA,以此作为脂质过氧化程度标志)浓度。结果:胃癌(P=0.012)、肺癌(P=0.038)和乳腺癌(P=0.020)患者血清VitC明显低于对照组,但肝癌(P=0.759)和食管癌(P=0.096)患者与对照组比较无明显差异。癌肿患者血清VitE与对照组相比,无明显差异。各癌肿患者TC、TG和LDL-C明显高于对照组,同时伴HDL-C下降,但胃癌患者血清LDL-C和HDL-C水平与对照组比较无显著性差异。各癌肿患者MDA均较对照组高。除胃癌患者血清VitE(r=0.562,P=0.023)和食管癌患者TG(r=0.659,P=0.014)与MDA存在明显的正相关外,其余未有相关性。结论:本研究表明癌肿患者血清TG、TC、LDL-C和MDA水平增高,HDL-C、VitC和VitE水平降低。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of serum antioxidative vitamins and lipids in patients with carcinoma. Methods Serum vitamin E ( Vit E) , vitamin C ( Vit C) , triglycerides ( TG) , total cholesterol (TC) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) , and lipid peroxida-tion end-product malondialdehyde ( MDA, as a marker of lipid peroxidation degree) were measured in 74 patients with carcinoma and in 27 healthy controls. Results Compared with control group, the levels of serum Vit C were significantly decreased in patients with gastric cancer ( P = 0. 012 ) , lung cancer ( P = 0. 038 ) and breast cancer (P =0.020) ,but there were no significant difference in patients with liver cancer(P = 0. 759) and e-sophageal cancer (P = 0.096). The level of serum Vit E was no significant difference between two groups (P = 0.078). The serum TC.TG, and LDL-C were increased but HDL-C decreased in each cancer subgroup than those in control group, but the levels of serum LDL-C (P = 0. 065 ) and HDL-C ( P = 0. 082) were no significant difference between the patients with gastric cancer and controls. MDA was significantly elevated in the cancer group than that of controls (P < 0. 001). The significant positive correlations were found in serum Vit E of gastric cancer (r=0.562, P = 0.023) , serum TG of esophageal cancer(r= 0. 659, P = 0.014)and MDA. Conclusion The levels of serum TG,TC,LDL-C and MDA are increased and the levels of serum HDL-C, Vit C and Vit E are decreased in patients with carcinoma.
