髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折内固定术后股骨头缺血坏死

目的通过对髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折内固定术后股骨头坏死病例的分析,探讨在股骨颈骨折早期手术中采取髋关节置换的必要性。方法对12例股骨颈骨折内固定术后股骨头坏死患者经采取髋关节置换术治愈的病例进行分析。结果所有病例均获随访,时间为3个月至1年,疗效均为优。结论对股骨颈骨折患者尤其是头下型骨折早期进行髋关节置换术是有相当必要的。

Hip replacement for femoral neck fractures after internal fixation of femoral head necrosis

Objective Right hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture with femoral head necrosis after internal fixation of the analysis of cases.To explore the need of hip replacement in early femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods 12 cases of femoral neck fractures after internal fixation of femoral head necrosis in patients with hip arthroplasty were taken cured cases for analysis.Results All patients were followed for 3 months to 1 year,effects were excellent.Conclusion Patients with femoral neck fracture,especially fracture of an early stage under the first total hip replacement surgery is quite necessary.
