| 摘 要： | 目的观察肉苁蓉水煎剂对运动小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。方法通过比较实验动物在全自动疲劳转棒仪上停留时间、总ATP酶活性及相关生化指标的变化,评价肉苁蓉水煎剂对运动小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。结果肉苁蓉水煎剂能增加小鼠体质量,延长小鼠运动时间,提高血红蛋白含量,降低运动后血乳酸含量,增强总ATP酶活性。结论肉苁蓉水煎剂能提高运动耐力和加速消除疲劳。
