晚期卵巢癌术后顺铂与卡铂腹腔化疗的近期作用比较

目的探讨顺铂（DDP）与卡铂（CBP）在卵巢癌腹腔术后治疗的近期作用。方法对我院2007年1月至2009年9月期间的36例卵巢癌病例进行回顾性分析,随机分成2组,A组为DDP组18例,B组为CBP组18例。结果 A组与B组术后第1次化疗前后的CA125水平比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;第1次化疗后,A组比B组CA125降到更低水平（P〈0.05）,但第2次后的几次化疗前后CA125水平比较,2组的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而且2组在白细胞减少、消化道反应、肝功能损害、肾功能损害、脱发以及中止腹腔化疗等方面比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但在腹痛方面发生率A组（40%）与B组（24%）比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在经过理想的肿瘤细胞减灭术的晚期卵巢癌患者中,选用顺铂或卡铂行腹腔化疗都有效可行,但对仍有肉眼残余病灶的病例选用顺铂能在近期内起效。

Advanced Ovarian Cancer after Cisplatin and Carboplatin Compared the Role of Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy in the Near Future

Objective Cisplatin（DDP） and Carboplatin（CBP） in the treatment of ovarian cancer after abdominal recent role.Methods From January 2007 to September 2009 period,36 patients with ovarian cancer were retrospectively analyzed randomly divided into two groups,A group of 18 cases for the DDP group,B group,CBP group,18 patients.Results A group and B group were 1st CA125 levels before and after chemotherapy compared with no significant difference（P〈0.05）;No.1 after chemotherapy,A Group B Group CA125 dropped more than a low level（P〈0.05）,but the first 2 times after the CA125 level before and after chemotherapy compared with no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,and leukopenia in both groups,digestive system,liver dysfunction,renal dysfunction,hair loss and the suspension of intraperitoneal chemotherapy and so on,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）,but the incidence of abdominal pain area A group（40%） and B（24%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Conclusion Ideal tumor after cytoreductive surgery for advanced ovarian cancer patients,the use of cisplatin or carboplatin abdominal cavity chemotherapy is feasible and effective,but there are still cases of gross residual disease selected from cisplatin effect in the near future.
