维药芹菜籽总黄酮含量测定及提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的检测维药芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量,并优选其提取工艺。方法分别采用超声提取法和索氏提取法,用比色法比较维药芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量。结果以芦丁为对照品时,超声提取法测得芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量为19.61%;索氏提取法测得芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量为16.32%。结论超声提取法更为简便、稳定、可行、重现性好。

Study on the Content Determination of Total Flavonoids and Extracting Process in Uygur Medicine Celery Seeds

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids and optimize the extracting process in Uygur medicine Celery seeds.Methods The two different extracting methods:Ultrasonic extraction and Soxhlet's extracter were used.The content of total flavonoids in Celery seeds was compared by colorimetry.Results When rutin was used as standard material,the average content of total flavonoids in Celery seeds extract was 19.61% by ultrasonic extraction,while 16.32% determined by Soxhlet's extracter. Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction for determining the content of total flavonoids in Celery seeds extract is eonvenient,stable, practicible,and reproducible.
