| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经纤维支气管镜针吸活检(transbronchial needle aspiration,TBNA)技术的安全性及应用价值.方法在CT定位下,对手术前伴有纵隔淋巴结肿大的32例肺癌患者进行TBNA检查,并与开胸手术结果比较.结果32例纵隔淋巴结穿刺活检患者,阳性17例(53%),11例假阴性,TNM分期符合率62.5%.只有1例手术后有少量咯血,无气胸及其他严重并发症发生.结论TBNA对肺癌的诊断和TNM分期有较高的应用价值,无严重并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the security and value of transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) in the diagnosis of lung cancer and TNM staging. Methods Using TBNA and CT scanning, 32 cases of doubtful lung cancer with enlarged mediastinal lymphnode were examined and the results were compared with that obtained after operation. Results The positive rate by TBNA in enlarged mediastinal lymphnode was 53% (17/32) and 11 patients were false negative. The rate of TNM staging by TBNA was 62.5% (20/32). No serious complication was found in our study. Conclusion CT guiding TBNA was a safe technique and paly an important role in the diagnosis of lung cancer and TNM staging. |
