晚期癌痛患者在家中镇痛治疗的意义

对 60例重症晚期癌痛患者 ,按WHO三阶梯止痛原则在家中进行镇痛治疗 ,并按时进行追访和重新评估疼痛程度。结果 :家中镇痛治疗后 ,患者疼痛缓解率约 98% ;饮食、睡眠及精神状态等有较大改善。提示 :在家中进行三阶梯镇痛治疗方便病人 ,易于医患沟通 ,镇痛效果好 ,患者的生活质量明显提高 ,适合我国国情 ,应予推广

Significance of Pain Treatment for Patients with Terminal Cancer at Home

A total of 60 patients were enrolled into the study. The managed home care system included follow-up interviews, pain revaluation and dosage adjustment, which followed guidelines of three-step analgesic ladder proposed by WHO. The result of the study shows that a managed home care system is able to relieve patients' pain by 98% and is able to improve patients' quality of life in respect of appetite, sleep and spirits. On the whole, it is a good system which may relieve patients from pain effectively and promotes mutual understanding between doctors and patients. The study demonstrates that managed home care system is suitable for China's situation. It should be spread extensively.
