| 摘 要： | 用环丙沙星0.25-0.75g, po, bid,治疗呼吸道和泌尿道感染者65例(男性40,女性25;年龄39±20a)。疗程7d。有效率78％。并对176株细菌作体外抗菌试验与头孢噻吩、庆大霉素作比较。结果:环丙沙星对革兰阴性菌杀灭作用明显优于头孢噻吩和庆大霉素,经卡方检验P<0.01。对革兰阳性菌,3种药物无差异(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | Sixty-five (M 40, F 25; age 39 ± 20 a) with respiratory and urinary infections were treated by ciprofloxacin. The dosages were 0.25-0.75, po,bid for 7d. The total effective rate was 78% and adverse reactions were seldom. In vitro, antibacterial sensitivity tests showed that Gram-negative bacilli were more susceptible to ciprofloxacin than cefalotin and gentamicin (p<0.01). But there was no significant difference between ciprofloxacin and cefalotin or gentamicin (P>0.05) to Gram-positive bacilli. |
