| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨三氧化二砷治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病 (APL)血清及脑脊液砷浓度的变化。方法 :利用原子吸收光谱仪测定用药前及用药后 1天、14天、2 8天血清及脑脊液砷浓度。结果 :用药前脑脊液及血清砷浓度极低 ,随着用药时间的延长 ,血清及脑脊液中砷浓度有逐步增高 ,二者之间浓度差距也在增大。结论 :三氧化二砷通过血脑屏障浓度较低 ,对于APL病人应作预防脑白注射

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the varation of arsenic concentrentions in serum and cerbrospinal fluid when treating acute promyelocytic leukemia with arsenic trioxide.Methods: We used atomic absorption spectrum to examine the concentrations of arsenic in serum and cerebrospinal fluid respectively before and 1d.14d.28d after injecting arsenic trioxide.Results: The concentrations in serum and cerebrospinal fluid are very low before injection with the time went on in injecting arsenic trioxide,the concentrations of arsenic in serum and cerebrospinal fluid improved gradually,and the difference of concentrations between serum and cerebrospinal fluid increased too.Conclusion: The concentration of arsenic trioxide in cerbrospinal fluid become lower after passing through blood cerebral barrier.So APL patients should take injection to prevent meningeal leukemia. |
