| 摘 要： | 目的：揭示热休克蛋白72（HSP72）介导的胃粘膜保护的细胞机制。方法：运用免疫细胞化学方法，在透射电镜下观察幽门螺杆菌（Hp)( )和Hp(-)的十二指肠球部溃疡（DU）患者胃粘膜中HSP72的细胞内分布情况。结果：Hp( )患者HSP72多分布于核，而Hp(-)患者HSP72则多分布于胞质，且多定位于高尔基复合体和内质网。结论：HSP72介导的胃粘膜的细胞保护机制可能是通过HSP72在胞质和核的迁移来实现的。

| Abstract: | s Objective:To investigate the cytology mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa induced by heat shock protein 72(HSP 72 ).Methods:The intracellular distribution of HSP 72 in gastric mucosa of patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and Hp positive or Hp negative was observed by using immunohistochemical and immunoelectron microscopy.Results:The HSP 72 was found in the nucleus in patients with Hp positive while in the Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum in patients with Hp negative.Conclusion:HSP 72 mediated mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa could be realized by the movement of HSP 72 between nucleus and cytoplasm in the damaged cells. |
