38例颅咽管瘤的脑电图分析

分析经手术、病理及（或）ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ确诊的３８例颅咽管瘤的脑电图，结果显示脑电图无特别改变８例，异常脑电图３０例（７９％）。本病脑电图的初期特征性改变是生理波抑制，其它主要的改变是弥漫性或阵发性异常。其原因可能与肿瘤位于大脑中线深层，解剖上离脑波起步结构较近，肿瘤容易压迫这些结构，影响脑脊液循环，从而导致脑波的过度同步化有关。在脑电图出现ＩＲＤＡ的１４例中，１１例临床有颅内高压表现，提示ＩＲＤＡ是大脑中线深层结构受累时脑电图上一种特殊的表现形式。

Analysis of EEG in 38 patients with craniopharyngioma

The EEG of 38 cases with craniopharyngioma confirmed by surgery,pathology.and/or CT and MRI were analyzed. of 38, 30 were abnormal accounting for 78. 9%. The early specific changes in EEG was the inhibition of the physiological waves, others were diffuse or paroxysmal abnormality.This was probably associated with the site of the tumor which was close to the structure of the pacemaker of the brain wave, and the structure was easily oppressed by the tumor. thus interfering with the CSF flow and leading to excessive synchronization of brain waves. of 14 with IRDA on FEG. 11 showed intracranial hypertension,suggesting that IRDA might be one of specific forms if the deep middle structure of the brain was involved.
