头发元素与老年性白内障的调查分析

摘    要:目的 了解头发元素与老年性白内障之间的关系 ,为预防白内障提供病因线索。方法 采用 1∶1病例对照研究方法 ,对 5 0对老年性白内障及对照进行头发取样并消化处理 ,采用单因素及多因素条件Lo gistic回归逐步分析。结果 单因素分析显示头发元素中的钙、镁、铁、锌和铝在病例和对照组之间差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。白内障发病与钙、镁、铁、锌、铝有关。条件Logistic回归逐步分析结果发现镁、铁和铝被选入方程 ,可能对白内障发病意义较大。结论 白内障患者头发中的钙和镁与非白内障患者不同 ,高钙低镁可引起晶状体混浊 ,铁和铝也可能与白内障的发病有关 ,镁和锌可能对晶体有一定的保护作用 ,而铜和锰与其无关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between trace elements of hair and senile cataract in order to provide clue of pathogen to prevent the cataract.Methods A 1∶1 matched case-control study with 50 pairs was carried out in Hefei city and Dingyuan county.The hair was cut out from the patients with senile cataract and control group.The relationship between elements and senile cataract were analyzed by conditional univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed the quantity of trace elements of hair had significant difference between cataract and non-cataract patients(P<0.05).Senile cataract was found relative to calcium,magnesium,ferrum,zinc and aluminum.The results of Logistic regression(stepwise) analysis showed that magnesium,ferrum and aluminum were selected into equation.Conclusion Senile cataract is related to the elements.The quantities of Calcium and Magnesium of hair in senile cataract patients are different from those in non cataract patients,and higher calcium and lower magnesium may cause lens opacity.Ferrum and aluminum is also related to senile cataract.Magnesium and zinc may act as protective factors to the senile cataract.
