乳腺癌患者术后血清铁蛋白检测的临床价值

目的探讨血清铁蛋白(SF)在乳腺癌患者术后复发、转移的临床价值。方法采用放射免疫测定法(RIA)对132例乳腺癌术后患者、50例正常人进行SF测定。结果乳腺癌术后未复发组SF含量为(79±63)μg/L,与正常对照组(69±65)μg/L相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后复发局部转移组及术后复发局部伴内脏/骨转移组SF含量分别为(183±156)μg/L和(312±155)μg/L,与正常对照组相比差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),提示乳腺癌患者病情越接近晚期,SF含量越高。结论SF测定对乳腺癌术后复发和转移的监测、病情观察、疗效判断有一定的临床价值,是监测疗效、评估预后的重要指标。

The clinical values of serum ferritin detection in prediction post-operative recurrent and metastatic breast cancer

Objective To assess clinical values of serum ferritin(SF) in evaluating the severity of post-operative recurrence and metastasis in patients with breast carcinoma. Methods The radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of post-operative SF in 132 patients with brest carcinoma and the SF in 50 healthy women. Results SF in non-relapse group was(79±63)μg/L,compared with healthy women group(69±65)μg/L,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).SF in post-operative relapse associated with regional metastasis group and in post-operative relapse associated internal organs/bone metastasis group was(183±156)μg/L and(312±155)μg/L,respectively,compared with healthy women group,there were stastically significant differences(P<0.01),and it suggested the more advanced stage the illness was,the higher level the SF was. Conclusion SF test has a clinic value for the observation of postoperative recurrence and metastasis,and it is an important marker of evaluating efficacy and prediction prognosis.
