| 摘 要： | 优氯净(二氯异氰尿酸钠)是一种有机氯消毒剂，对肝炎病毒有较强杀灭力。在优氯净中加入洗涤剂，制成复方优氯净，用于餐具消毒，不仅增强消毒效果，而且有去油垢作用，本文报导了优氯净和复方优氯净对HBsAg灭活效果。

| Abstract: | Youlujing(Sodium dichloroisocyanurate)is a kind of organi smchlorine disinfectant and complex Youlujing is a mixture of Youlujing and detergent.The inacttiration effects of these two disinfectants against HBsAg were tested. The results showed that the inactivation effect of youlujing witn increase in conce ntration and exposure time. HBsAg was inactivated after exposure to 1000 ppm(available chlorine)Youlujng for 2 min,500 exposure ppm for 5 min,250 ppm for 10 min or 125 ppm for 30 min,and was also completely inactivated after exposure to tested. |
