| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B7-H4在肾透明细胞癌（clear cell renal cell carcinomal,CCRCC）中表达的临床意义及可能的作用机制。方法采用免疫组化方法对40例肾透明细胞癌及15例正常肾组织中B7-H4的表达进行检测。结果 B7-H4在肿瘤组织中的表达高于正常肾组织,且差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;随CCRCC核分级的升高,B7-H4的表达逐渐上调,渐进显著性（P≤0.05）。结论 B7-H4在CCRCC组织中的表达显著高于无瘤肾组织,且与CCRCC核分级关联;对B7-H4的进一步研究有望使其成为CCRCC临床诊断及预后判断的指标。
