单病种协作模式在统筹城乡卫生资源中的作用

改善城乡卫生资源分布不均的现状是我国医疗卫生改革的主要方向,有效整合城乡医疗卫生资源将有利于解决农民"看病难、看病贵"的问题,直接关系到农民群众的身心健康。通过分析我国城乡卫生资源分布的现状及存在的问题,结合单病种协作防治体系的建立和运行,探讨单病种协作模式在统筹城乡卫生资源中的促进作用,为有效解决农民"看病难、看病贵"的问题提供理论依据。

Functions of Collaboration Mode of Single Disease in Health Resources in Rural and Urban Areas Planned as a Whole

The improvement in the present misdistribution of health resources in cities and countryside is the main direction of medical health reform in China,and the effective integration of rural and urban medical health resources will benefit the solution to the problem of ＂difficulty in seeking medical care and costliness in seeing a doctor＂ which relates directly to physical and mental health of the masses of farmers.By analyzing the present situation and the existing problems about the distribution of health resources in cities and countryside in China and combining with the establishment and operation of the system of single disease cooperative prevention and treatment,the authors probed into the promoting functions of single disease cooperation model in planning urban and rural health resources as a whole,and provided effective theoretical bases for the effective solution to the problem of ＂difficulty in seeking medical care and costliness in seeing a doctor＂.
