大型公立医院履行社会职能的理论与实践研究

公立医院是由国家或集体举办的卫生机构,在自身发展的过程中,必须对国家、社会、就医群众和内部员工承担制度责任、体制责任及机制责任。中南大学湘雅二医院作为卫生部直管的大型三级甲等医院,在50余年的办院过程中,始终把履行社会职能放在首位,坚持社会主义办院方向,坚持一切以病人为中心,把提高医疗质量作为根本,加强医学教育和科学研究,努力帮扶基层提高医疗水平,重视员工利益和个人发展。通过诸多举措,取得了明显成效。

Theoretical and Practical Study on Social Functions Performed by Large-scale Public Hospitals

Public hospitals are health institutions conducted by country or collectivity.In the process of their development,public hospitals must take the responsibilities of system,institution and mechanism for country,society,people seeking medical treatment and their employees.The Second Xiangya Hospital Affiliated to Central South University is a large-scale hospital of Grade Three,Class A,directly administered by Ministry of Health.In the past 50 years,she has given the priority to fulfilling her social responsibilities,and adhered to socialist direction and patient-orientation.Meanwhile,she has focused on the improvement in quality of medical treatment;enhanced medical education and scientific research;made efforts to improve medical treatment at grassroots and attached great importance to the interests of its employees and their personal development.As a result,the remarkable achievement has been made with these effective measures.
