| 摘 要： | 目的鉴别独活与混淆品牛尾独活、短毛独活。方法采用性状、显微、薄层色谱法及液相色谱法鉴别。结果独活与混淆品牛尾独活、短毛独活的性状、显微特征、薄层色谱、液相色谱均有差异。结论本实验提供的鉴别方法,能准确地把独活与牛尾独活、短毛独活予以区别。
