| 摘 要： | 21例经穿刺（6例）和临床追踪（15例）证实的直肠癌根治术后（4月～10年）CT扫描结果，无复发15例，复发6例。典型的术后CT改变为骶前软组织块影≤5cm，圆形或扁平形，边界清晰，密度均匀。典型的复发表现为较大的边界不清不规则形的骶前肿块，密度不均，可伴随周围脏器和盆腔肌肉的受侵。CT表现不典型的术后改变或复发只有依赖于CT追踪复查和即时行CT导引下穿刺活检来确定。

| Abstract: | The postoperative CT appearances of 21 cases of rectal carcinoma were ana lyzed.The diagnosis was confirmed by CT-guided needle biopsy (6 cases) or clinical follow up (15 cases).No recurrence was found in 15 cases and local recurrence was revealed in 6 cases.Typical postoperative CT appearances included a round or flat well-defined presacral mass with homogenous attenuation, usually less than 5 cm.Typical local recurrence sign was a large ill-defined eccentric or asymmetric presacral mass,enlargement of the mass on sequential CT follow-up,usually with invasion of adjacent viscera and muscles.It is very difficult to rule out recurrence in some atypical postoperative presacral masses,so CT-guided needle biopsy should be recommended. |
